- For customers within the European Union, VAT (25%) is included in all prices.
- For customer outside the European Union, VAT/sales tax is NOT included in the prices. VAT/sales tax is instead charged by customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence.
- All orders placed during business days (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the following business day.
- Please enter a phone number when ordering.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.
- We do not ship to a P.O box. Please provide a physical address.
- Packages are usually shipped to the nearest delivery point if not directly to your mailbox.
- Packages at delivery points must be resolved within the time specified on the notification. Notifications can be sent via email, regular mail and if you have entered a telephone number, also via text message.
- If a package is undeliverable or not retrieved within specified time, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
- Liq Bikini are entitled to charge you a fee of 30 usd
During public holidays, new collections and sale period, the delivery times may be longer than usual.
We offer returns exchanges to all customers. If you wish to make a return, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We have a 14 day return policy. The return is made at your own cost. If you want to exchange your goods please provide us with a notice at email@example.com.
- The item/s cannot be returned if it has been used.
- Return cost is at your own expense.
- All original packaging, labels and tags returned in its original state.
- Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable for returns from outside Europe.
Once this is approved you will be refunded directly to the source of payment. We cover all return shipping costs within Indonesia. Outside of Indonesia return shipping is at your own expense. It usually takes 7-15 before you can recieve your refund. This is after we have recieved and registred your return.

When returning from outside Indonesia, shipping is at your own expense. However, if we delivered a faulty item we will refund you the postage. Please remember to send the return by registered mail as you are responsible for the return until it reaches us. Please contact us at email@example.com and state order ID, tracking ID for the return and items you have sent back.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and/or colour, subject to stock-availability and this shipping cost is on your own expense. Always contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back your item. Sale items can be exchanged, But NOT returned at any time. If the returned product/products is dirty (make-up etc) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount.
