HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
- If a package is undeliverable or not retrieved within specified time, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
- Liq Bikini are entitled to charge you a fee of 150 SEK (~€15)
During public holidays, new collections and sale period, the delivery times may be longer than usual.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We offer returns to all customers choosing hygiene sticker at purchase (read more about hygene sticker choise here). We have a 14 day return policy. The return is made at your own cost. If you want to exchange your goods please provide us with a notice at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For returns to be approved
- The item/s cannot be returned if it has been used.
- You must choose the hygiene sticker choice at purchase.
- All original packaging, labels and tags returned in its original state.
- Any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable for returns from outside Europe.
Once this is approved you will be refunded directly to the source of payment. We cover all return shipping costs within Sweden. Outside of Sweden return shipping is at your own expense. It usually takes 7-15 before you can recieve your refund. This is after we have recieved and registred your return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN SWEDEN
1. Fill out a return form
2. Repack item with the return form
3. Attach the pre-paid shipping label (Sweden)
4. Mark package with “return goods”
5. Submit to post office
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN INTERNATIONAL
When returning from outside Sweden, shipping is at your own expense. However, if we delivered a faulty item we will refund you the postage. Please remember to send the return by registered mail as you are responsible for the retun until it reaches us. Please contact us at email@example.com and state order ID, tracking ID for the return and items you have sent back.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and/or colour, subject to stock-availability and this shipping cost is on your own expense. Always contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back your item. Sale items can be exchanged, But NOT returned at any time. If the returned product/products is dirty (make-up etc) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount.
HYGIENE STICKER CHOICE
Swimwear is an intimate product and because of hygiene reasons we do not accept that you return a product if you have not made the hygiene choice when ordering your product. We try to use no single-use plastic in our business. And that is why we do not send hygiene sticker in all our orders. Only if you are not sure about the size, and want the possibility to return or exchange your item, you should choose this option. You can find the hygiene sticker option on the same page as you fill in size and color of the pruduct you want to buy.
